Healing is easier said than done.
When life gets hard it takes a lot of bravery to reach out for support. Not knowing where to start, feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable can make you wonder “OMG what the hell do I do now?”.
The simple answer is that you begin (or begin again).
01 — Therapy
In my therapy practice I focus on grief, loss and trauma. I am licensed to provide services in Iowa and South Dakota. My practice and approach are diversity, equity, inclusion and trauma informed. I am able to see people in person and via tele-health.
I accept the following insurance: BCBS, Medicare, Medicaid, United Healthcare, Sanford, and Avera. I will soon be able to accept: Health Partners and TRICARE.
02 — Coaching
I offer leadership coaching and consulting services for individuals and organizations.
03 — Education
I am available to be a speaker at your event, provide lunch and learn education and/or facilitate your team retreat.
